How does training work?
Training for work is simple and fast. All you need is a computer and an internet connection. Before you begin, you will go through approximately 1-2 hours of training. If necessary, we will support you during your work and answer your questions even after training is complete. In the beginning, you will be given about 20-50 messages to respond to per hour and after you have gained enough work experience and learned the job you will be allowed to send up to 100 messages per hour. In addition to writing speed, the number of messages depends on how quickly you learn to use the messaging platform.
Earnings will be paid on the 10th day of the month for the previous calendar month. Minimum payout threshold is €55, if your total payout balance is less then earnings will be rolled over towards the next payout period and will continue until the minimum €55 is earned. The earnings are paid via IBAN. It is realistic to earn approximately €500 - €1000 a month by working for a few hours per day.
What are we expecting from you?
There is no actual minimum, but we expect you to send at least 200 response messages per week. Initially, you will get that amount doing approximately 3-4 hours of weekly work. However, speed is a direct result of the individual operator's skill. The operator must comply with our quality requirements and the instructions given by our supervisors. The operator must prove their identity before starting to work with us. There are many types of messages so good English language skills are required.
